Your favourite BBQ sauce

Hi guys, as BBQ season is close what's your favourite sauce?

Mine is Hunt's Honey Hickory Barbecue Sauce. Before that I always took the one with the red bull on it (I forgot the name of it).

I haven't made a poll since I'm not that familiar with all those BBQ sauces and only tasted a couple (3 or 4) of it.

Haha, it appears as if everyone in the water cooler forum is rather hungry!

I'm not a fan of most things barbecued, but I do enjoy BBQ chicken and ribs (that's it). As for sauces, I don't know if I've tried enough of them yet to really give an appropriate response. I like a little bit of spice, though.

Hands down for me, it would be Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. This stuff rocks the casbah, and has such a unique and distinct flavor. Love it. If anyone ever has a chance to sample it, I would most definitely recommend it.

I'm not much of a sauce fan, but I have 2 bottles of Sweet Baby Rays in the fridge right now. Rudy's is also good.

Speaking of bbq, just had a big party today. Smoked 2 briskets, 4 racks of ribs, and 3 chickens. Briskets smoked 12 hours, added the ribs for 6 and the chickens for about 4, talk about melt in your mouth. And no BBQ sauce was needed ;)

I just use Worcestershire sauce and fresh ground pepper on my steaks.

Rudy's BBQ is awesome. I am fortunate enough to have a rudy's bbq about 20 minutes away to dine in and it is great.
