I don't like either cover really. If I had to pick, the SteelBook would be my preference. Zavvi's reminds me of the Bridge Over River Kwai release in the U.S. Very Pop Artsy.

See I'd stick to the regular art, it's at least recapturing an iconic shot of the film. At the end of the day, I'd much rather they just dug up the original poster art and called it at that.

I've been saying this for years. These art class projects do not belong on cover arts.

Sometimes you can get something clever and exciting - like the standard 4K artwork for Pet Sematary where it reflected the dust jacket of the novel - but yeah, "New" isn't always "improved"
