It's about time!

Been waiting for this one, but will it be Dolby Vision?

As with most Disney releases, the DV will only be on the streaming version. I've already left my comments to their feedback and support site.

I selected "other" "other" and let them know I would like to see Dolby Vision on the actual 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray disc, NOT only on the streaming version. Not all of us have internet fast enough for 4K streaming and the quality will never be as good.

I hope they never do this, unless they charge the regular price of what a standard blu-ray release is. If not, then forget it. I really don't feel like paying another $5 to $10 for a 4K disc that I won't be using for the foreseeable future.

I remember Universal and Warner Bros. doing this with HD DVD combo discs (HD DVD on one side of the disc, DVD on the other), and then they charged extra for it. It was nice to have the DVD version too I suppose, but not for the extra cost.

The great thing is, you don't have to buy it if you don't want to. I want to buy it. In fact, it's the only way I'm going to buy the 4K versions of the movies I already own on BD outside of maybe a Captain America trilogy set. I also want an Iron Man BD that doesn't have sucky ass audio.

No, which is why I'm saying do it as a box set. Who wants to rebuy 20 movies individually? Do Phase box sets that allow people to get them in large groups.

Exactly, Iím not upgrading any Avengers movies if it isnít a box set. Who needs the depression of picking up Thor again to complete the set?
