Default Ant-Man and the Wasp 4K - HDD Review

Bigger, more imaginative and surprisingly funnier than its predecessor, Ant-Man and the Wasp stings audiences with hilarious performances and wildly inventive visuals, saving an otherwise forgettable plot from being obliterated or forever lost to the quantum realm. T

This was a rare disappointing Marvel movie. After Infinity War it feels like a truly by-the-numbers sequel. Also didnít help that Iím pretty sure 99% of the size gags had already been shown in the many trailers and tv spots.

And let me just mention how annoying the Disney Amazon spat is, this isn't available from Amazon other than a "ships within 1-2 MONTHS" option... I already had an order ready that I was going to add it to, but I guess I'll just stop by Bestbuy or Target.

Yeah these Disney/Amazon tiffs are annoying - and completely random. It's almost like they call each other on the phone "You know it's been a couple months of smooth sales and everyone being happy - want to screw that all up?"

It's not supposed to be bigger than Infinity War though. It's meant to be a small scale movie.

Now I don't think it was anywhere near as good as the first one as it suffered from too many antagonists. I mean, we had the underdeveloped Ghost, the pointless gangsters, and the stupid FBI dudes. It should have been one of those three so there could have been development for that person or group.

This movie was AWFUL!

I agree with Kain's point about too many antagonists. That was just one problem out of many.

But this is the MCU. Kevin Feige and Marvel couldn't possibly screw this up.
No way that they make a film with the same mistakes of Spider-Man 3 and
Amazing Spider-Man 2. Too many underdeveloped antagonists? No way.

Please, please, please let's also stupidly resolve Infinity War's vanishing
into dust problem, with Michelle Pfeiffer's magic touch. I certainly
believed throughout puberty from Pfeiffer's Fabulous Baker Boys that it
proved she had magic touch powers.

Ant-Man and the Wasp film solved a major plot problem by a magic
touch solution? I could have sworn that I saw Pfeiffer used a Vulcan
hand gesture, face touch magic to resolve a plot conflict. That did
happen right?

Yes, it's all superhero magic, sci-fi hocus-pocus. But you gotta at
least attempt to explain the rules of how this movie world works.
