E - where did you redeem the code. Still trying to figure out the proper redemption site to unlock the maximum resolution.

I usually redeem the codes directly via VUDU, but this time, I decided to try redeeming through RedeemDigitalMovie.com and choose my VUDU account. I still gave me access to the DV and Atmos versions.

I'm not one that dislikes the 2nd one as much as others do, but overall, Ragnorok is infinitely better, its a blast to watch

The transfer sounds like a disappointment for a brand new movie. Still canít wait to see it, been making myself wait for the 4K version.

I wouldn't call the PQ a disappointment. It's still excellent and good looking. Only, the quality just doesn't compare to the best 4K HDR available.

Not a bad looking disc by any stretch, the audio is definitely lacking. Not only isnít there much in the way of effects, but it was Force Awakens soft. Had to really crank the system before it sounded right.. strange as most Atmos tracks are over loud if anything.

    Great movie though.

I'm sure I will personally be blown away when I finally get a 4K TV to see this, but I was hoping for immaculate picture on this one being that its so defined by its color and visual flair. Sucks the sound is goofy too, wonder what it is with some of these Disney releases, like you said, Force Awakens has a crap soundtrack and its very low in volume and not that well defined, especially for a movie like it is....how much you want to bet The Last Jedi is the same way?

Disney is all over the place for sure, Iím worried for Last Jedi. However I thought TFA sounds excellent once cranked.. with a bit of dialogue enhancing.

Disney has had some terrible sound mixes over the last year. Needs further inspection, someone might need to be fired.

Nothing will ever be as terrible as the sound mixing to Iron Man 1 as far as I am concerned.
