Apparently, a version of this set with endoskeleton arm 4K UHD, 3D, BR, and the soundtrack will be available stateside. This appears to be the only way to get the 4K and 3D release bundled together. Could make for an interesting display piece.

That'll go great with my terminator skull from the T2 'something or other' edition!

What makes you think it'll be available "stateside"? The packaging clearly indicates a European version.

That's why I said "version" - nothing was confirmed for the U.S. market at that point. There is going to be a stateside version with the 4k disc and a BD with all three cuts of the film and the endoskeleton arm, but now confirmed without the 3D release or the Soundtrack disc as Lionsgate is handling the domestic release. This European release does appear to be the only way to get the 4K, 3D, and standard Blu-ray release in one package.

The average per format is 4 dips and the first release is usually a turd. Any takers on this one?

So you were wrong about there being a version with all 4 discs available stateside. Got it.

Not necessarily, if you've got a region free player you certainly can import the EU release and enjoy that 3D Blu-ray - which I deeply wish was included with the US release.

That wouldn't be a "stateside version". It would be an import, which by definition, is not a stateside version. It's okay to be wrong. Own it.
