Not too great of deals this week but I will pick up F&F4. What a dumb ass name for the movie. Talk about major confusion. Should have called it "Atractive Cool People 4".

That's funny the 1st movie and the recent 4th one are so similar in the titles. Just a difference of one word. It's like they don't even care anymore

No, no. The first movie describes characteristics of physical objects. The fourth movie describes the current state of being of those physical objects. "The Fast And The Furious" street racers are so "Fast And Furious." See? Big distinction there.

Yes, I've thought this through very thoroughly.

I think the next one should be called "Fasturious".

It's Fry's speak for: "We're not going to tell you our price right now but on release day our price will be lower than Best Buy but not lower than Walmart because Walmart always undercuts the lowest price by at least a nickel because Lowest Price Guaranteed is their motto, those wankers."

They can't guarantee "lowest price" because of Walmart so they say "low price" (even if if turns out it's not really that good of a sale price). In reality, they might not have decided on their sale price by the time the ad went to press. Make sense?

I finally picked up Sweeney Todd yesterday through this sale.

I am a big Fry's fan - and frequently get terrific deals there.
But this collection of "specials" is about as special as full price at WorstBuy.
My credit card gets a rest this week.

It's customary and usual for new releases (with the Fast & Furious actually debuting at a decent price). The catalogs aren't as enticing, I'll agree.

I would like Man on Fire, but don't want to pay $17 for it. Maybe if it had some decent special features, but not for just the movie. Now if it would hit the $12 range, I could justify that to myself.
