Default Insignia NS-2BRDVD at Best Buy for $99

I didn't see this posted already. This brand is probably not the best, but $99 is a good price for a 2nd player. Maybe they are trying to compete with the $98 Magnavox at Wal-mart.

Yeah, I looked at a few places around the country to see if they were available and couldn't find any except for Los Angeles.

Wow, this is awesome news to hear! So many players reaching the $99 mark... Q3/Q4 is going to be wonderful for sales I'd imagine.

Think these are unavailable in a lot of places because they're selling so quickly? Or is it because most stores only had 1 or 2 sitting around at best and they're just clearing out inventory?

The brand isn't bad. It's a Best Buy brand but all their products are made by other companies. The blu-ray players are made by Samsung.

My local Best Buy was sold out of ALL their Insignia Blu-ray players tonight. Weird, because yesterday, they had several on the shelf.

I bought one for my dad last year (possibly the previous model). It isn't a top tier player, but it is a surprisingly decent one.
