Default Zatoichi: Blind Swordsman (Criterion Collection) is $98

Edit: Deal is over.

At Amazon, deal of the day.

http://www.amazon.com/Zatoichi-Sword...dp/B00EO2I6OM/

I guess this will be very good for those who have yet to pick it up at one of the B&N sales.

And don't forget, if it runs out of stock temporarily, it will link to the next lowest price (usually much higher than the dotd price) in stock available from a third party. At least I think that's what's going on, I could be mistaken. When that happens click on the 'used and new' from link, Amazon's dotd price should appear at the top of the list, add to cart from there.

$106 is still a pretty good deal for it. I picked it up for around $90 at one of the BandN sales. I ended up ordering another copy from this sale, might gift it to a good buddy of mine.

I actually ended up buying the digital version for the PS4 on some low priced deal. MAYBE I'll get to it again someday

Wouldn't mind hearing your thoughts whenever you get around to playing it. Was a good game to me overall.

And just a quick snapshot of the Zato box:

Great box overall (feels sturdy and enjoy the artwork), I just don't like how the BDs are packed tightly, can be difficult to get them out. What I did was remux them to mkv on my computer's hard drive so I wouldn't have to take the discs out as often when I feel the urge to watch them (which is often, love these movies).

Aha, that explains why he's the "blind" swordsman, his eyes are closed!
