Default Any 'American Sniper' deals yet?

Now that it's been two weeks, are there any American Sniper deals out there yet?

Everyone has been asking $25 for this movie, of which, I have decided is over the limit for a somewhat regular release.

Starting June 14th, American Sniper and Kingsman: The Secret Service will be $12.49 each.
At that point I will buy one of each. (thanks yuugotserved for the info)

I think the ad has a large picture of American Sniper, so it's
clear that will happen. But there is a question whether it's just
the Kingsman DVD that's going to be the $12.49 sale price.

Having not seen the ad, is it on the front cover, then possibly also inside the flyer as well?

The latest is that some anonymous Target employee confirmed with the
item's DPCI number, that it will be on sale next week.

I did buy it this week, but holding on from opening it. Just in case.

You can open it if you feel like watching it this week. Since you bought it this week, Target will price adjust it. From the Target website:

We’ll match the price if you buy a qualifying item at Target or CityTarget stores then find the identical item for less in the following week’s Target weekly ad ...

But I also participated in a secondary promotion. If you buy
Kingsman at Target this week, you can get one of their $5
blu-rays for $1. The combined promos might negate the
future price adjustment policy.

If they do the price adjustment next week, great! I get the
benefit of this week's 2nd blu-ray for $1 promo and next
week's price drop.

If they won't do the price adjustment, I'll weigh the $7.50
price drop versus the $4 savings on the 2nd blu-ray. I'll
likely return this week's promo package and rebuy at next
weeks prices.

I'm going to Target for the Chappie Steelbook anyway.

Shopping is so complicated!

Often times they find any excuse in the book to deny this offer. You either have to make a stink or simply re-buy the item and then return it with the old receipt.

Prices for both titles confirmed.
Even if the ad is confusing, target.com still shows these at these prices.

Why even preorder these days, if the price is going to go down in just a few weeks? I guess if you order from a place that has 30 day price match for people who originally bought from them, you're OK as long as the price drops within 30 days (as it did here). Cool that Target and Costco does it, but I don't think Amazon does it anymore, or do they? What about Best Buy and Walmart? Do they protect you for 30 days from their own future sales?
