Default Armageddon Price Watch

Has anyone seen a cheaper price for Armageddon in stores? Best Buy is advertising $22.99. MovieStop has a preorder price of $21.87. Amazon has it for $19.99. There was not much at all advertised in the Target ad this week except Avatar again. Walmart has it on there website for $20.86.

Amazon.com has a deal where you get an additional $10 when you order Armageddon and Tombstone. I got em both for $30.98.

So $15.49 each isn't too bad.

Walmart has it for $20, along with Tombstone.

I saw elsewhere someone reported that Costco has it for $18.99.

I'm not unless they pay me to watch it again.

These two titles were perennial $3.99-4.99 DVD titles. Sooner or later these barebones editions will be embarrassingly cheap.

As much as I would like to finally see "Armageddon" in anamorphic, I am going to be patient as Disney runs good deals on their Blu Rays. I hate how Best Buy is eeking out these higher initial sale prices: what used to be $19.99, sale priced the first week is now $22.99. They blow. Those who waited on "Avatar" (me) saw the price shoot up from the $22.99 to $29.99 after the first week!
"Avatar" can still be had for $19.99 at Wal-mart and you can buy a case of Coca-Cola for $5 to boot (a good price for 24 cans of soda) if so desired!

Saw the same deal at Costco today. But they're both priced at $18.99 to begin with, so it comes down to $13.99 apiece. Didn't pick it up because I don't care about either film, but I won't let that stop others from enjoying the deal.
