I guess nothing really good coming out this week. I did not hear too many good things about Imaginarium.

yeah, this week is AWEFUL for sales. They didn't even advertise a TON of catalogues that were released too (Dune, Elizabeth 1 and 2, The Jackal, Out of Africa, Traffic etc...)

I have to say, that while being a Gilliam fan, this film was hard to recommend.
Visually, it is pure genius (a clear Terry Gilliam trademark). Granted the production had its fair share of complications: namely one of the film's leading stars (Heath Ledger) dying mid-production. The solution for this conundrum was (while inspired) confusing, to say the least. Like pouring gasoline on fire. I must say that if you are either a fan of the director's work (this film reminded me most of "The Adventures of Baron Munchhausen") or need to see the last contribution of the late Heath Ledger (Joker from "The Dark Knight") then
this needs to be seen. There are some very good special features too, including a touching interview with Heath where he thanks Gilliam for believing in him when others in Hollywood wouldn't give him the time of day.

Fry's has Imaginarium advertised for $19.97. Haven't seen it yet, but will blind buy it. Love most of Gilliam's work. So hopefully Amazon price matches, or at least goes down to $19.99, or I will have Best Buy price match.
