Still an expensive box set for what amounts to be one good movie and two disappointing sequels, but that's a decent discount. I already got the Matrix 1 digibook but picked it up anyway. Hopefully it's not the slim cases version.

Nice heads up - I must be blind... they tell you about languages, screen formats, special features etc but not what the titles in it are.... Would it be the 3 movies plus Animatrix? Even if it is included, anything over $10 for catalog titles is hard to jump on!

The definitive 7-disc Blu-ray set, The Ultimate Matrix Collection features all three films in the trilogy together for the first time ever with a newly remastered picture and sound for The Matrix. Also included is the companion piece The Matrix Revisited and the best-selling The Animatrix, plus five entirely new Blu-ray discs packed solid with brand-new supplemental materials that encompass every aspect of the Matrix universe, including two new audio commentaries on each film, Enter the Matrix video game footage, 106 deep-delving featurettes/ documentaries and much more!

So it appears that it does include all of the movies related to the Matrix series.

CORRECTED. (It's late)

Actually, it's just FOUR blu-ray, TWO dvd, and one Digital Copy. And one of the DVD's is a flipper.
Each movie (Matrix, Animatrix, Reloaded, Revolutions) on Blu-ray plus bonus Digital Copy for the Matrix. DVD's contain "the Matrix Experience" bonus features.

*The four features discs themselves also have more bonus features than any sane person will ever want to sit through this far down the line.

*And there's a book, and a nice, space saving box (thin cases ftw)

sometimes, review says everything, explains everything. 'tis what reviews are for, informing, educating.
