Already got Fifth Element on regular Blu, but I would have liked to have gotten it in Steelbook form (assuming it works in Region A).

Though there is no preview image as of yet, and not available for pre-order either (yet).

Bit tempting. Can anyone confirm if the Fifth Element is Region free? Was the re-release region free, or at least A/B?

The existing release from Fox Pathe is locked. Whether they will region free it for the steelbook remains to be seen.

Dammit, I might as well just start singing my paychecks directly over to Zavvi. That Fifth Element case is really nice.

Keep in mind also that the Fox Pathe transfer is different than the "remastered" Sony disc. It's had some contrast boosting and a heavy yellow tint. Some viewers like it better, others don't like it at all.
