After July 31, all UltraViolet libraries will be closed. With that said, the majority of movies and TV shows added to a user's library before the termination date will remain watchable via previously-linked digital retailers
So does this mean some titles will NOT work?

And the email says it this way:

"Depending on the retailer, these new purchases and redemptions may or may not be added to your UltraViolet Library."

So exactly what does that mean anyway?

Let's point out that the black sheep of the family, LionsGate is not part of the Movies Anywhere ecosystem so unless you have a Vudu account linked to UV, you will lose access to those films in your locker.

We've heard people say time and time again Vudu would not go under because it is backed by Walmart. But if Movies Anywhere continues to snatch a large share away, Vudu may be next, either by complete shut down or go by way of say Fandango Now, which is now strictly a seller of digital titles. We've seen others fold up so it's possible.
