Default I think the "BDA" should impose a fine for not having lossless tracks..

This should only work on the major movie companies, but this is really gonna motivate Warner of putting lossless tracks on all they're releases.

Warner sits on the BDA Board of Directors. Are you saying they should fine themselves, Sonyfanboy-Bill Gates is the devil?

That's your response??
You asked a legit question in smackdown, a debate was brought up as to how many would vote for this "fine" that is on the BDA board, and your response is "were doomed"??
If you have no retort, don't post

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm to be honest... Bluray.... movie....

Oh that's right, as long as the movie is on there and it's a step up from the DVD in quality then I'm not bothered... I bought it for the film not the specs on the back If they invest in the extras then hooooooray but you know... its up to them how much work they put into a HD Transfer

Are they also going to impose a fine if there is no PiP? Or no BD-Live?

Are they going to impose a fine if they include a lossless track but it scores less than 4 stars out of 5?

Do they get their money back if the lossy track scores 5 stars?

If you dont like the content on the disc then dont buy it. But perhaps you should read some reviews and see what the AQ is actually like before making a blanket statement like that.

I think all bd's should be bd50's..after all that was one of, if not the main, reason they were adopted instead of hd dvd... any movies released on a bd 25 should cost half the price..like those cheapo dvd's in supermarkets
