Default What will HMM report as BD revenues for Sun-Sat WE 09/24/11? (Transformers: DOTM Fri)

Transformers: Dark of the Moon has a Friday release. This is the normal traditional kick off week for the fall matching where Iron Man 2 was last year.

Bridesmaids and Dumbo have a normal Tuesday release the week before.

This weeks includes the third full week of Thor and the second full week of Star Wars including its first Sunday of sales day three of its release. Third full week if X-Men: First Class as well.

This poll is for the reported total Blu-ray revenues for the week from HMM.

As an incentive each week, I will be keeping track of the guesses for each poster for all of the weekly polls and I will award the weekly winners something each week as well as having a seasonal winner after the 4Q 2011 sales period has ended later on this year.

Any comments to explain or change your vote can be placed in the thread as well as any sales reports for this week as appropriate.

I personally will probably be voting on this thread after we receive the Nielsen Videoscan reports next Wednesday or possibly as late as just before it closes next Sunday. I would wish to see some responses in any case before I make my guess even though I might share some thoughts in the comments below.

Have fun.

If I don't make it back to vote before the poll shuts, put me down for One Million Spacebucks again.

So it did near what Tron did back in April of 2010?! Ya that's some solid growth there. LOL! Not sure what's more sad. Those numbers or the fact that only two people voted in this poll? seriously though. 42 mil. Around what Tron did?! Is that really a year and a half ago? Or is that date wrong? If it really was April 2010 not only am I not impressed, I'm shocked how little growth there was for Bluray! Even worse than my pessimistic assumptions would have thought!

Tron: Legacy was a full week this was two days.

The date was wrong for Tron Legacy as well that was in April of 2011 not 2010.

I confused things with the wrong date and the poll was a bit late coming up as well.

What was your vote again?
