Due to a distinct lack of interest, a totally new video strategy, both, or neither, Apple's axed the ability to rent TV shows. Now, you can only buy them or a season pass for a big bundle.

There's a related Gizmodo blog entry:

http://gizmodo.com/5834698/wsj-says-...cable-industry

"WSJ Says Apple’s Trying to Kill the Cable Industry"

WSJ article here: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000...LEFTTopStories

(requires a WSJ subscription I think) which is what Gizmodo is referring to when talking about an "totally new video strategy".

I am? Did I say I did? It's a discussion. You must care about HD DVD since you talk about it a lot.

When you make outrageous comments like this, it makes it harder and harder to take you seriously and makes me question your integrity even more.

Thanks Mal!

Yes when I talk about packaged media then I guess you could say I care about it. And you care about digital sales... when you dont have to compare it to the competition. No need to lie.

If you werent confused 24/7 your first reply in the thread would have been.
'No one gives a crap about buying movies digitally.' Like it is 99% of the time.
Now its..
'omg im gonna gizmo in my mouth the apple cloud is coming om gawwwddd.'
