Is this actually HD for those who get CN HD? Or is it stretched letterbox?

I'm curious... I don't have Cartoon Network HD (San Diego TWC) and probably wouldn't watch this even if I did but I know that they've stretched everything from day one - never aired any HD since inception.

So is it actually HD or what? Has CN finally made the jump?

Oh, there's nothing wrong with posting this here. You are in the correct forum and everything....

I was mostly curious because I would just give up on CN if they didn't air something as 'big' as Star Wars in HD on their HD channel. Like I said they haven't had a single program in high def since the HD simulcast channel took too air....

I've since found out that Cartoon Network did in fact air this in HD. Good news, hopefully this means that they will start showing more HDTV produced shows in HDTV. Actually, maybe it's worse.... just another channel with real HD that I don't have.....

Anyway, off the technical stuff and onto the actual programing.....

Too bad this show seems to be shit. I didn't expect it to be anything other than shit.... nontheless, it's still disheartening to see the Star Wars name knocked lower and lower and lower.... and lower.

I watched it last night. It was 100x better than the movie. I enjoyed it, the animation is still screwy though.

It's definitely in HD on DirecTV, it looked great and I actually liked it. I went ahead and set my DVR to record the whole season. Me and the kids had a blast watching it Friday night.

This is on CTV in Canada on Sunday nights.

I caught the episode and didn't mind it at all.

Set my PVR for all future episodes.

From what I understand, there are already over 30 full episodes in the can, and it may run 2 full seasons.

For all those who like to complain just for the sake of complaining, the downward slide began when 3 foot midgets were stuffed into teddy bear costumes.

This is actually a step up.

I am sure this is going to be a BIG HIT for those with little ones, and I think young girls are especially going to like this new series.

In HD on DISH Network too. Looks fantastic! The actual episodes weren't too bad either. Especially the second one, I liked that one alot.

Finally, real HD on Cartoon Network!!

I'm watching it with my son, he gets a kick out of it which I think is the intended audience rather than us older folk...
