Default DirecTV billing? Shady!!

Has anyone else experienced odd charges every month w/ DirecTV? I am worn out every month having to call and ask about new charges and being billed for equipment I don't have. They are very vague about what your bill is going to look like and when it shows up it is totally not what you signed up for.

At first I thought mine had an error, but upon further thought I realized all was correct. I thought I was being charged a rental fee AND an extra receiver fee for the HD DVR, but then realized the extra receiver was for the one I have connected to the PC's tuner card (and hardly ever use). No problems with them
after 3 years of service. (I also had DISH in the past and no problems with them either).

Update! I was being billed for the wrong package. Got it resolved last week and we'll see what the bill looks like next month!
