Default Does HDNet Movies Show Edited Versions of Films?

The reason I ask is because I recently downloaded one of my favorite films from HDNet Movies on Demand, "No Way Out". I've seen the move many times over the years and as I was watching it I noticed that virtually the whole limo scene, with Kevin Costner and Sean Young was cut. I found this very bizarre because I know HDNet does not cut langguage or nudity. Maybe this has changed which would really be a disappointment.
