The TV White Space network has gone live in Wilmington, providing citizens with Wi-Fi and law enforcement with broadband.

Free, huh? And I just wonder how much the highly-specialized wi-fi adaptor for your laptop will cost. It would not be a standard wi-fi adaptor, nor could you use a regular TV tuner card. I would estimate that these wi-fi adaptors would cost several hundered, if not a few thousand, dollars each, as its not in full production
