Default Time Warner Subscription Down by 129,000

The numbers for Time Warner Cable are indicative of the cable business as a whole – except for Verizon of course

Default Problem with Time Warner

I am a Time Warner user and trust me frustrations about their cable has haunted my family for at past year. Some of the problems included finding out a person at their offices had us paying for our service and for someone else's too.

We noticed it on our credit card and Time Warner told us that it was a Credit Card problem but then my CC told them it was their problem. After 2 months of arguing with them I found out that there was another person with the same name as mine near me and when they set the account up the office worker put it onto our account.

Then I spend 2 months figuring out why I was not getting the speeds I should have been getting with Road Runner. Well 3 cable modems later I now have that fixed. At this point however, we are watching 95% of our TV viewing through our ROKU and only thing stopping us from cutting the cord is HBO and Showtime.

However, one more mess up and we will be saying bye bye to our cable service at Time Warner forever.
