Loved eva green, but man this show was terrible. Its got like Xena warrior princess level budgets, costumes, and set pieces and the dialog was twilight level corny.
Guess Im just too used to Rome and HBO level budgets. I hope Game of Thrones doesnt disappoint.

I think Ill be forced to watch every episode for eva though..

I think there were two back to back episodes. The first one should start out with Eva Green getting tossed out by her father and then Arthur hooking up with his girlfriend.

Pretty much felt the same way you did, it's pretty bad, but for Eva, I must be strong. I must. It will be hard, but I know I make it through, just one episode at a time.

Decided to watch the show again and it's not growing on me at all. I'm supposed to believe this weasely looking kid that has no muscle and is totally unattractive is going to snatch a hot babe away from a guy who is a 100x better looking and obviously a much better guy all around. The whole thing smacked of Twilight, the king spends the entire episode pinning and glowering at Gweneviere most the show, then predictably she gives up the goods and then marries the other guy. The show might have worked if they got rid of the guy playing Arthur and the writing was improved to be less predictable and moronic.

Yeah I loved that show and I was hoping this show would be able to match that sort of raw intensity. I guess it's because it's not Sam Raimi's, so it's just not as good. Still, the same guy who produced the Tudors produced this Camelot, and that was a pretty good show.
