Robocop Trilogy on Universal HD

This month Universal HD is showing all three Robocop films, with the first being shown Unrated. ;)

PS: I do like 2, but 3 is aweful. IMO.

I'm watching Robocop 2 right now and I just ordered 1 from the Amazon B1G1 sale.

Robocop 3 does suck but I am curious to see it in HD.

Same here, but it's running way past its' theatrical runtime. I'm recording it, so I haven't been watching it. Is there a director's cut?

IDK. I'm not familiar enough with the movie to notice any changes to it.

yeah that is why I'm excited to see 3 in HD since it wasn't available in HD on OnDemand

I noticed "Last Action Hero" earlier. It was 1.85:1
Was that OAR or the ole Zoomerama?
What about the Robocop's? Do they show OAR?

Don't know what their OAR is but UHD is showing them in 1.85:1

well if they are scope films then obviously much of the picture would be missing. So that would be a MAJOR problem for me.

I just checked IMDb and their OAR is indeed 1.85:1
