Wouldn't you be depressed to know that you broke the previous WR time and the end result is that not only do you not get the new WR but you also don't get a metal because you're in 5th place!!! LOL, I bet they got drunk that night.

I can care less about the nba stars, nothing but a bunch of showboaters. for the most part the world has caught up with team usa in basketball.

It's cool to see usa do good in alot of sports, but for bb they shouldnt be cocky like they were in the in the past.

Yeah there acually has been complaints that China is cheating by having too young of girls compete. You are suppose to be 16 and China is faking documents to make them appear older than they are.

I agree and won't be surprised if it becomes an "issue" as soon as one of the higher profile boxers loses by a close margin. Even the announcers have been commenting about how poor this system is.

Some of these guys are getting credit for landing only 2 punches in an entire fight. I would think that would be nearly impossible with this caliber of athlete.

this is a issue that really needs to be worked on.. i cant think of a system that will be perfect cuz the judges in pro boxing ive seen had made some terrible decision but there has to be a better way to score than this

man i have never been into swimming but ive been so hooked watchin it since the americans have been wiing so many medals.. also waiting for them to show brazil soccer team

imo the first week is always the best.
the track and field just can't make up for gymnastics + swimming imo.
these games definitely have the potential to be some of the best ever imo.
the start couldn't be much better for the USA.
