Default Xbox 360 HD DVD on pc

I tried to install the hd-dvd add-on for the xbox 360 on my pc and i couldn't find the drivers any idea where can i find the drivers?
I am using windows xp sp2. The computer recognized the drive as a standard cdrom and dvdrom but as for hd-dvd it needed the drivers and i couldn't find the drivers.

My XP installs the drive without requiring drivers. It needs drivers for the USB ports which are available from WindowsUpdate (it installs it as a Xbox 360 HD DVD Interface). Windows doesn't have UDF 2.5 support so you can't browse HD DVD disc contents.

I got mine up to the playing of the disks for a few seconds then a message came up saying that the disk is copy protected. Has anyone else had this problem?

You didnt mention which software program you are using to play the movie with but if its windvd you will need to patch it. Here's an article:

Its probably to do with you not having a HDCP GFX card and/or display.

Download and install AnyDVD HD.
