Default Cost Effective Way to Get HDMI?

I was wondering if anyone knew of or could come up with any cost-effective ways to grab a 360 with HDMI. I have a launch console that doesn't have HDMI, but have somewhat recently installed a projection system in my apartment. As such, everything but the 360 runs through a 4x2 HDMI switcher that allows me to select the display (TV or projector) and the component (PS3, HDDVD, etc) using a remote. The 360 actually requires me to swap out cables when I want to change from the TV to the projector or vice versa. This is kind of a hassle and not good for the components.

Thus, I'm trying to come up with a way to get myself a new 360 with HDMI without eating $100+. I'm hoping somewhere in the range of $50 if possible. Any ideas?

As a secondary question, most of the HDMI machines are the 65nm ones at this point right?

Cheapest way I can think of, at least for a new one is to just buy the console only off ebay, and use your old power brick and controller.

Make sure you ask him if they have HDMI, it doesn't specify on the auction page.

You could get one of the newer arcade machines.

If I'm not mistaken, Mad Catz makes a HDMI converter for the older 360 models.

Thanks for the replies, I'll see if one of them will work.
Not particularly fond of 3rd party accessories since they have that tendency to break, so I'm gonna have to think about it.
