Default Apple / Mac Software for XBOX 360 HD DVD ADD ON?

Anyone know of software that will play back HD DVD on a XBOX 360 ADD ON plugged into an Apple/Mac?

Thanks.

Why not? Because the HD DVD Add-on is made by Microsoft?

At this point it seems almost pointless for Apple or a third party developer to pay the licensing fees required for HDi playback. It could happen but highly doubtful now... esp since no developer has shown any interest in doing it even before Toshiba called it quits.

No, because it involves HDCP support and AACS support, and getting licensing keys.

Now that HDDVD is dead, you think Apple or any company is coming out with software to play HDDVD? It's not like any small developer can just program something to play HDDVD.

I run it under VMWare Fusion on my mac pro at work using VMWare Fusion on a windows xp virtual machine. Otherwise, the answer is probably not gonna happen.

If you were to download it from the VMWare website, I think that I have an extra serial number you can have. )

PM when you find out what version you can download and I will give you my extra serial number for free.
