Default Best Buy: Sammy 56' DLP + 360 pro = save $850

this deal looks pretty sweet considering I got the TV without the 360 and I love it. You also get Forza 2 and Ultimate Alliance for free with the 360.

The TV is the HL-T5676S and is 1080p

$349.99 X360 + $1999.99 TV = $2349.98
- $500.01 TV Savings
- $349.99 Bundle Savings
= $1499.98 Package

free 360 plus 500 bones off of the TV is really nice, can't wait to see what they will have for Black Friday.

Not bad, that's what the TV by itself goes for on Amazon. Do you know when this sale goes until?

either way you still get a free 360 Pro plus 2 games, they took 500 from the price and take the 349 for the 360 off as "bundle savings"

sale is only until Wednesday since they will have a seperate Black Friday ad.

Isn't DLP a risk because of the rainbow effect and bulbs potentially going out? I've heard bad things on both issues, but anytime I've looked at DLP's in Circuit City or Best Buy, they look pretty badass to me.

I'd been waiting for exactly this sort of a deal for a while now.... I had originaly had my heart set on a 65" Toshiba... but with the particular model I liked becoming harder and harder to find, and with the extra incentive's in this Samsung deal I did some quick research and found a large majority of positive reviews so I rushed out and picked up this package. The tv itself was already sold out, so I have to wait untill Friday when it arrives... which means I have to wait until Monday, because as bad as I want the tv.. there aint no way in hell I'm going to Best Buy the day after thanksgiving. So instead I with my 2nd Xbox 360, and a little bit of time to prepare for the new set. Either way I'm super excited.

I have the HL-S5687W and I LOVE IT !!! the HD looks spectacular. Pretty much the same TV but a year older.
If you go and check out the reviews on DLP's most are very positive especially the Samsung HL versions

I got it Last January and have had no bulb problems (knock on wood). And have never seen this rainbow effect people talk about, I got it from CC and I have the 2 year plan and they throw in 1 bulb replacement so the guy said call one in right before the warranty runs out, the new LED DLP's are supposed to last alot longer than the not LED counterparts.

I Like the Sammy so much I am waiting for the dual format player in january to pair it up with, when they finally decide to release it.

I got the 50 inch version of this. Looks better than most lcd's/plasmas. Make no mistake, this is a badass deal, and it's 3d-ready, if anyone is interested.

Bump: Only one day left to take advantage of this sale. I'm still waiting to pick up my tv, but the extra 360 was nice.

I'm thinking about getting this deal tomorrow, but I figure they might be out of TVs, so how exactly did you do it?

Hopefully you decided to get the deal... My tv came in today (2 days ahead of schedule) and it's great. All I did to get the deal was simply ask if they had any in stock, and when I was told no asked if an more could be ordered in. They said they had a few coming this week and that I could go ahead and pay then and just show customer service my receipt to pick it up when it comes in. Simple as that, and thus far I'm happy as can be.
