Default 360 HD-DVD Add-on HELP

I have a hd-dvd add-on and I recently got knocked up and everything was fine. So i put it in the hd-dvd player to watch it again, and now it never will actually start up. My screen goes black and then nothing... no universal logo, no sound. What is weird is all my other hd-dvds (king kong, shaun of the dead, casino, etc) work!!! Any idea of why this could be????? Thanks in advance..

How long do you wait for it to start up?
I remember when i first put in Knocked up I had to wait like 3 minutes for it to start up because it was connecting to the internet for the online features and it was taking a while....

you have to let it load, it'll stay at "connecting" for a long time. it took about a minute or so for me to get knocked up to work and same thing for evan almighty. all these new movies got these online features so you gotta wait for it to connect then it'll get to the movie main menu. Only if they could get it to go straight to the main menu then give you an option to enable/disable the online features that would be cool

Have you disabled the network settings for your add-on? For the titles with Online content you can disable this feature and it will load the discs faster. You can always re-enable it later on.

i had the same problem with knocked up, it was only after i downloaded the online content for transformers, i deleted two 487kb files and now it started right up, im guessing the transformers content somehow kept knocked up from loading.
