Default Im sorry to say...

I just went nuetral. My support of the HD format has been strong since I have joined these forums roughly a year ago. I started with my HD Add-on and then most recently last October got an A-30 for $400. Thats right..retail and no free discs other than the Mail-In-Rebate. I have a collection of about 60 HD DVDs and truly think HD is superior to Blu in everyway other then size.
I enjoyed discussing HD with everyone of you and although BD has one every week last year, (most) of us managed to pull each other through and remain Exclusive.

But sadly I cannot face the facts. I hat Sony but enough is enough. Sadly I see a light at the end of the tunnel and its going to be Bluray. I will buy every disc possible on HD(inc/ Warner) and will continue to support it for all its life. But now I have bought a PS3 since the announcement and have official abandoned my standings.

I know I am treating it as the end of the world but I truly feel like I have gone with the crowd and abandoned my standings. But I may just a little be over-exagerating..

And mods,, dont put move this in any BD forum or else they will rip me apart.
I HATE SONY. period.

Isn't it the truth? Aside from Casino Royale, the Pixar titles, and Lost there isn't much to get excited about.

I like Fox, Disney, and Sony. I wouldnt get BD for them,, but got because its inevitable sadly. I am willing to hold off on all 3 just to stay HD exclusive. But like I said, inevitable is inevitable.

I keep on debating whether or not to get a PS3. I support HD DVD until the end, but I want that end to be soon. There's not much that team red can do to come back and save face. I'll give it a few months and see how I feel.

I am only HD exclusive still because they have not yet released a complete BD player IMO. Althought the new BD-50 release day looks like that will be my purple day.

Enjoy movies is what I say. Who cares...
Although I am suprised by all the "hardcore" HD fans jumping ship so soon.

The PS3 can update profiles correct?
Thats why I went ahead and got it.
So whenever BD hhas a complete profile,, the PS3 should be able to handle it.

The PS3 doesnt do DTS-MA yet, no word if a update will fix it yet. I wish It would in a way because I play games too.
