Not sure yet, I was planning on going neutral, but not yet, as ps3's are still pricey in the uk.
Still, it's quite upsetting, I've not invested a lot of money in the format, but some people have, and i really feel for them.

You should add an option for not buying either format.

Agreed. I refuse to support the DRM on BD. For some strange reason, I like my consumer fair-use rights.

I feel bad because I told a buddy that buying HD was ok thing to do , Now that the formate looks to be dead in a year. HE was going to by a Sony BD player with his tax check so he always has that.

I am stunned by this news! How can they back the inferior platform!! It doesnt make any sense to me. All those web enabled features. Everyone take our your Warner titles and start hitting their servers!

This poll assumes HD-DVD is going to die, so it's biased and pointless.

Personally, I will be buying HD-DVD exclusively as the only disc format for movies, and focus on digital downloads for movies not available on HD-DVD. I've already got a substantial iTunes movie collection, and will just continue to use them.

Warner's announcement will only result in a loss of sales for them.
