i wouldn't mind seeing it on HD... i don't normally buy TV shows but sliders is one i'd like to see in proper order for a change

watched most of the first season back when it first started but fell behind when the second season hit and at some point missed alot of stuff then all of a sudden there's cromags everywhere and some cast members had vanished...

and it seems the reruns are always run in random order

It is a great show, I didn't watch the entire series but enough to know I loved it. I've been thinking of buying them too but would much rather get them on HD DVD.

I would want season 1 only because after that the plots went downhill.

I got them (S1-3) on DVD at walmart for 20 dollars a while back. I liked the show a lot when it first aired and stopped watching when it went to the SciFi channel. The later seasons were never released and from what I hear sucked.

I don't know what format the show was shot in, but would it be possible to strike a HD transfer for the show if it was to be released?

If they can turn Star Trek into high def then they can do it with sliders. I think the first three seasons are Full Frame and when it went to sci fi it went to widescreen but i could be wrong. Seasons four and five werent bad but i would buy them all if they were done right

Star Trek was shot on film. I don't think Sliders was. It would be great if they could improve the picture quality, but I think the show was shot on some video format and wouldn't be possible to upgrade to HD. Hope I'm wrong.
