Blade Runner. Because of the excellent quality and the thoroughness of the special features. Matrix came in close but the playback issues with some of the discs held it back IMHO

Yeah, I'm in the Blade Runner boat myself. Not only is it a tremendous value, I think it's just a phenomenal handling of the source material. The PQ is spectacular, and I think the move to HDM has really helped keep this picture timeless.

I'd say: Blade Runner or Antarctica Dreaming (I love watching animal documentaries ).

Ah. And not to forget about BBCs "Planet Earth" which pushed both - HD-DVD and Blu-Ray sales - a lot.
