Default Warner scheduled for CES HD-DVD press conference

I'm not sure I trust ANY blog.
But I still found this interesting.

I see no point in opening it in the smackdown forum.

Its already been posted in the smackdown forum. I really dont think Warner is going to change their stance. They are making the most out of all the studios because of their neutrality. It has been one rumor after the next with Warner ever since the Paramount thing and Warner is forced to keep saying they have no plans of changing their stance. Fanboys from both sides need to relax and enjoy their movies, it seems like they care more about Warner changing their stance than they do about what movies they have coming out. Are they movie fans or just rooting for a format likes it a sports team?

It's a tough situation really. On one hand Warner aremaking moremoney than the rest. But could that be to do with they simply have made the better films recently? Also If Warner where to go one format exclusive there could potentially be even more money made.

I don't think warner are going to say much either way since release dates for both formats in 08 have been announced recently.

The only way I can see them being favourable to one format while remaining neutral is to release back catalogue early on one format and then delay the other formats release ala New Line with Hairspray.

Warner is also speaking at the CES Blu-ray conference, so it's really not a big deal. They're not likely to do more than announce new titles etc.

I think they are going to announce continued neutrality and software releases. Nothing more. But yes I would like to be surprised if WB decided to pick a choice, especially red as I favor red slightly more

Really? Where did you read this? The only place I've seen is a site claiming they were told that they expect to be at both.

im sure what the previous post was asking was where is the evidence of WB appearing at blu-ray's booth and the answer to that is there isn't any. that link says nothing regarding blu-ray except for that blu fanboys will plea that "they can cancel" attending at hd dvds.
