I'm a member at Hollywood, but I haven't rented there in like a year now.

I do my renting at Netflix now. They have a great service and i've never had a problem with them. Actually I had a problem last week where I rented Bourn on the 4th of july, but it didnt work. I reported the problem and got a replacement 2 days later.

You should look into them if it's an option to you dude. I'm very happy with them.

Yes, many Hollywood videos rent HD media. You can check their website; it tells you which locations have HD DVD and BD.

They're six bucks a pop, though, but if you're a new member, you get half price rentals for a month, and you can buy a calendar for (iirc) $2 that has a bunch of 2-for-1 coupons, one good every month.

Thanks.

Im a member of blockbuster. and I guess at that price for hollywood. It would be cheaper for me to get the lowest netflix membership just to watch the HD DVD's.

I'm a purple guy. So I get my blu rays from Blockbuster.

Anyone from Europe here who can say if I can rent HD-DVDs and Blu-Rays from Video World? I'll be coming home next year.

Could ask my bro but he won't be online for some months as he and his girlfriend just got a little girl one week ago.

The Hollywood Video I work next to (work at GameCrazy) has a HD-DVD and a Blu-Ray section. Sizeable selection that grows every month. But it's rediculously in favor of Blu-Ray... Pisses me off. I like both in favor of HD-DVD more so...
