Default 'The Brave One' -- pre-release buzz

Jodie Foster packin' heat in high-def!

Specs include 1080p/VC-1 video and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 surround audio.

Extras are rather slim for such a high-profile title, with only the "I Walk the Streets" featurette and deleted scenes.

Retail is $35.98 for the HD DVD/DVD combo, and street date February 5, 2008.

That cover makes the film look like one of those $1 DVD's you see at Walmart! lol

Why didn't they just use the original movie poster art. lol

From the pic in the article, it hardly looks like Foster.

I see the HD DVD version is an HD DVD / DVD combo, but the price is the same as for the BD. Is this the first combo disc without a pricing premium for the combo feature?

no, "ocean's thirteen" and "harry potter 5" are the same price for both hd dvd combo and blu-ray versions.
