Default HD Only Versions of Combo Discs?

Isn't it about time for HD only versions of Universal's early combo discs? I don't see why films like National Lampoon's Animal House, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Brokeback Mountain, and The Good Shepherd need to be combos? None are new releases and their higher prices just put off HD DVD buyers. Let's hope that Universal follows Warner's precedent in re-releasing some of these.

They already did. Only with Unleashed and Army Of Darkness.

Default Still waiting....

I'm still waiting for "Children of Men" and "Smokin Aces" to be re-released as non-combos. It's hard to wait and I want to support the format but with the money I save I can almost purchase another HD DVD.

I'm sorry but the price difference is just to large to ignore.

I'm waiting on Half Baked to be reissued or at least a price drop.

I was able to get BB to pricematch Walmarts price of $26.88 for Children of Men.

Yeah Universal needs to hurry up and re-release their combos as HD DVD only. IMO, not for the price but because I don't support the combo format.
