To be honest I have no idea but I don't think that this is a calibration disc. It seems to be a test disc for streaming.
I try to find out...

This is what I could find out:
DC: Disc Tag is a patented DCA technology which we proposed to be used as a standard feature in HD-DVD. As mentioned above, HD-DVD has two separate pieces of plastic bonded together. In DVD, there were many manufacturing problems occurring where the wrong layer 0 and layer 1 discs were bonded. In perhaps the worst example was a children's Disney cartoon movie where layer 0 was the correct content, but layer 1 contained adult movie. Therefore 1/2 way through the movie, the children's movie switched to pornography. Disc Tag inserts unique codes into the content of each layer at the studio, the disc manufacturing equipment automatically picks up each code when the content first enters the production chain and from then on all systems automatically select the correct content for each step and register the results to a central data base.

Sony did not want to consider including this in BD for a variety of reasons, including the following:

Disc Tag is utilized in Xbox from day 1, this is why there has never been a recall of any defective Xbox disc in 12 years! It is the only format in history that can make this claim.
