Thumbs up Sunrise Earth: American Sunrises HD DVD Set

http://store.discovery.com/detail.ph..._dvds-books_hd

Just curious. Does anybody in the forum have this one? I'm thinking about getting it because I've woken up to this a time or two and the landscapes and such look gorgeous. Let's talk about it gang. Peace....

Its one of the ''Disc''s you have around when you want to;
(1) Show off your system..
(2) Just want something playing on your screen while eating breakfast..
(3) Are a 'Vampire' (aka: 3rd shift worker) and never see a sun rise due to your job.

You can play it in rewind mode to watch the sun set...

It is great thing to be playing while friends are arriving to watch your latest movie purchase at your house.

Basically it is a statement such as this

"LOOK AT MY FUCKING HOME THEATER... DOESN'T IT FUCKING ROCK? AND, DON'T YOU WISH YOU HAD THIS SHIT IN YOUR HOUSE?"

with a huge shit eating grin.

The kinda stuff every true hardcore HD-O-Phile is really thinking when they show off their HD set

I have it and it's very relaxing-nice to play as background while reading, or doing things around the house. It looks nice, and helps "slow time down", amidst the hustle and bustle

Probably better since it's usually still shots. The PQ is top notch.

Yes, PQ is very good-Hans-not sure it compares to Planet Earth in terms of relaying interesting information about out planet, but it is definitely one of the best looking discs I've seen.
