Default Euro exclusives site...........

Can't take credit for this, found it posted elsewhere. Prices seem ok, not checked shipping though. There's some euro exclusive's here and some are a bit cheaper than amazon.de i think. Hope it helps someone out, http://www.mediadis.com/video/search..._promotion=845

I ordered 3 titles from them last night. For people in the US, with VAT removal, the prices are 8.26 per title for the 9.99 titles and it's 4.96 to ship the whole order. I got 3 titles for around $46 US.

A small tip when ordering from their site, since they are located in Belgium they both have the French and Dutch editions of the HD DVD's (that's why you see all titles double) - you're better of ordering the Dutch editions (marked with NL) as they don't have translated titles/covers as opposed to the French ones. Just a small difference though

i've got the english version of part 2 and watched the first one. i thought the second one looked better. both pretty good though and definitely better than when i last watched them on the tv or vhs. no idea about the SQ though, that doesn't really bother me.

This seems like a nice shop but I can't find any 9.99 EUR titles that I wouldn't have already that I actually want to buy. I seem to have almost all of their 87 sales titles already.

I have all 3, but I only watched 1 and 2 recently. PQ is a subjective thing but I thought the first one looked better than I had anticipated based on some comments in forums. It starts off quite soft but I think it got pretty decent later on though it's not comparable at all to the best looking titles out there. Part 2 looked sharp but it seemed somehow processed, I thought part 1 looks more natural. I've seen most people saying that part 2 looks better than 1 on HD DVD but I felt the other way around somehow.

hmmm....thanks for the replies, its just that this website, the one this thread is actually for :P, has them for 10 euro each, which seems like a pretty good price, and i havent seen any of them in ages and dont own them on dvd, so im thinking about picking them all up, along with renaissance potentially, though ive heard mixed things about it too...you seen it kannisto?

That site has the French release of Renaissance. It doesn't have any English audio or subs, so be aware about that.

I have the German release that includes an English audio track and I liked the movie though the visual design is quite extreme in being pure black & white (nothing in between) and some might not like the visual aspects.
