Awesome. I've never seen this flick before, but I can't wait to see it.

I've never seen the Director's Cut due to me seeing it when it was in theaters. The good thing about it being a DFW release is that all the menus should be in English. Although they have a spotty record when it comes to PQ. It also annoys me that they haven't supported pop-up menu's in prior releases.

I thought this was a Weinstein movie.
If it is it is HIGHLY unlikely it is coming out on this date as has already been discussed with Weinstein preventing ANY releases of their films on HD DVD anywhere until they decide to release them in NA. In other words....
don't count of this date.

I don't know about that. Why would Dutch FilmWorks send out a press release stating that they are releasing it? They have released everything they said they would so far.

I agree that it is odd. It could be that they have been given the ok by Weinstein because Weinstein has already got their plans made and worked with them on this. It doesn't make sense that Weinstein would prevent other studios in Europe from releasing titles they have anounced (see other threads regarding this) and not this one, so let's just wait and see. That's all I was trying to say.

The theatrical version is better, IMO.

Tony, from XploitedCinema.com, said that he'll have the disc for around $30 USD. I can't wait!
