Default Harsh-sounding noise on coaxicial, SPDIF or HDMI connection (HD-XA2)

Is there anybody else experienced ever the following noise in case HD-HA2 to connect the receiver with coaxicial cable, SPDIF or HDMI ?

The noise is very similar as what it's heard we failed to drop down the needle on analog phonograph record. When playing back CDs, to skip the truck, the noise appears at the head of the tune for approx. a few seconds. Besides, some of freinds report the CD sometimes jumps.

It doesn't occur when using analog 5.1ch cable.

In addition, I have frequently got the above noise when playing back HD DVDs, especially on menu. It is non-stoppable unless trying a cetain operation several times such as open/close the tray or stop/play.

The firmware version is 1.3 (1.5 has not been released yet in Japan). According to our freinds in Japan, Toshiba has not acknowledged the issue yet.

Has anybody else ever experienced it ?
