Default XA-2 Updated Firmware?

After talking with a salesman at the local Tweeter, he mentioned that the new XA-2's coming in April 9th would include a recent firmware update (after the recent one that Josh reviewed). This was due to customer returns on players with the previous 1.3 update.

After grilling him, he claimed that problems addressed would include the problems with DVI playback and an update to 1080p/24 from 1080p/60 --among others. He was more shaky on whether the .LFE issue that plagues the players would be corrected. Any thoughts? Or is this guy just crazy?

The LFE issue is still being worked on and will not be included in the next update.
