Default HD-A3 System Error

Hello,
I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions: I've been having an issue with my HD-A3 Player. When I insert disc 2 of Alexander Revisited, The Player starts, it plays the Warner Bros. logo, then the screen turns black with a purple box that says "A system error has occurred", and the player's display says "NOT PLAY". I can't figure this one out. I have the most recent firmware installed, and my player only does this on Alexander Revisited disc 2. Alexander disc one, and every other HD DVD in my collection works just fine. If I eject the disc and re-insert it, the player starts up and just freezes, my TV screen stays black, and my player display says "Play" but nothing happens. I can't eject, I can't power off, nothing.
I searched the forum, but I can't find anything like this. I wonder if it's just a bad disc (it's brand new, never been played).
Kind of sucks to watch the first 2 hours of a movie, and then not be able to finish it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Try going into the Setup -> Maintenance -> Initialize to reset your player to defaults. Then reconfigure and try playing the disks again. If it still having problems, it's probably the disc.

Do you know any one else who has an HD DVD and can test it for you?
