Default HD-A2 not outputting Dolby TrueHD

I have a hd-a2 and i cannot output audio in trueHD. my receiver is the onkyo sr605, running 1.3 hdmi & 2.7 firmware. have tried batman, 300 & matrix and no luck. i know receiver is working correctly because i have samsung bdp 1400 and have been able to get trueHD audio off of blade runner & dtsHD from flyboys. any suggestions.

The Toshiba HD-A2 doesn't bitstream TrueHD to an audio receiver. It decodes it internally then sends the uncompressed sound as Multichannel PCM. If that light is showing up on your 605, your A2 is working just fine.
There shouldn't be any difference in sound quality.

Hopefully I've been helpful.
