I dont want to spend more than $200 on a system until i move out so i just want something nice but it doesnt have to be the sound of perfect. Its for my bedroom.

I have a HD A2 hooked up via HDMI and my HDTV only has one HDMI port. If you need any more onfo let me know?

Yeah this is a low-end system, but for $100 you won't be disapointed in a small room.

It's not a "bad" system, but if you want better features and more longevity, I'd suggest the Sony STR-DG810.

The Sony can do multichannel PCM over HDMI, which will allow you to hear TrueHD sound from your A2. I believe its the cheapest in this category. Also has 3 input, 1 output HDMI switching. It's a pretty good receiver, probably can be found on Ebay for $200 or so.

However, that's just the a/v receiver and you'd need speakers too.

Do like I did, buy a cheapo HTIB rig. And then as you save more money, upgrade to a better receiver. And then better center channel, and then surrounds/subwoofer.

I dont know that much about the pioneer system but if you are looking to spend a little more than $200 this is a great system especially for a small room.
