could you be more vague?

OK first...
What model is it exactly?

After that I'll be able to point you to the avs cali. thread if one exists.

Wink

If you already know where to go to in terms of adjustments, then the next big thing for you to consider I guess is to know your own personal preferences as all settings when it comes to viewing people are to be made according to their conditions like the eyes, the lighting where the unit is placed and the room.

So overall, it is actually you who will determine that the settings are just right for your eyesight including the natures that are already mentioned before.

The model is LN40N81B, but I think this model is only for Latin America so I don't know if you will have something about that model. But I think that any video setting for samsung 40' LCD full high definition will help me.

I have no clue...If you could do a lil research and figure out what American model it's equivilent to, then I could help. It sounds like it's either the 4061,65,71, or 81 series since it's 1080p and 40" but settings for each model are going to differ. Is the screen glossy or a matte finish? Is it this years model?

Do you know what it's dynamic contrast ratio is listed as? It's most likely going to be 15,000:1 or 25,000:1 Thanks.
