Default Downloadble Content on 360

I'm hoping this is the right forum for this question, i checked the one below this category and it was mainly video game talk, not hardware.

My question is: If I have the 360 HD-DVD add on, how can I download content? I know it shows me that the HD-DVD drive has about 192MB storage free, if I start downloading HD stuff or even general video that will quickly run out. Will it automatically use the 360's hard drive for more storage? I have the Heros set, I thought there was DC on there but I havent really come across it yet.

The downloadable content will save to your 360 hard drive not the HD DVD drive.
